1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phiwin ("phiwin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phiwin.club (the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the phiwin Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the phiwin Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the phiwin Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phiwin enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming of the type offered by phiwin is legal and permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phiwin or any gaming authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be registered and used solely by the individual whose identity is verified under the account.
• Employees, directors, and immediate family members of phiwin and its affiliated service providers are not eligible to hold a player account.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of phiwin, you must register a personal account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• You are registering only one account. phiwin permits one account per person. Duplicate accounts detected by phiwin's systems will be merged or suspended, and any associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phiwin may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals, crediting bonuses, or continuing account access. Verification typically requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license, or PRC ID).
• A recent selfie holding the presented ID document.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account displaying your registered name and mobile number).

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phiwin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your phiwin account.
• Log out of your phiwin session when using shared or public devices.
• Notify phiwin support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

phiwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. phiwin support agents will never ask for your full password under any circumstances.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

phiwin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts and are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes for GCash and Maya. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. phiwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

phiwin will only release withdrawal funds to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder. Winnings obtained through bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phiwin offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier) that must be met before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

phiwin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Misuse of bonuses, including collusion or exploitation of promotional terms, will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phiwin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently verified. phiwin does not manipulate game outcomes for individual accounts.

In the event of a software malfunction, technical fault, or display error that causes a game to produce an incorrect result, phiwin reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wagered amount. Any winnings paid as a result of a malfunction are subject to reversal.

8. Responsible Gaming

phiwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players have access to the following tools within their account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Session time reminders and reality check pop-ups
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension)
• Self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited account closure)

Players who wish to self-exclude should contact phiwin support immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phiwin Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the phiwin Platform without prior written authorization.
• Colluding with other players or using any form of cheating, fraud, or deception to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any use of phiwin for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gameplay.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform software.
• Abusing bonus promotions or engaging in coordinated bonus exploitation across accounts.
• Using phiwin under a false identity or on behalf of a third party.

phiwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found engaging in prohibited conduct, forfeit associated balances, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phiwin Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game assets, software, and interface design — is the exclusive property of phiwin or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any phiwin content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond phiwin's reasonable control.

phiwin's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to your phiwin account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date the claim arose.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

phiwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phiwin reasonably believes you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, failed to complete required verification, or if account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligations.

You may also voluntarily close your phiwin account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests. Any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

phiwin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communication purposes.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute not resolved through phiwin's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.

To initiate a dispute, you must first contact phiwin support in writing with full details of your complaint. phiwin will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

15. Amendments to These Terms

phiwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the phiwin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.
